What Makes KeepFit HQ different?

At KeepFit HQ, every class is designed to help you thrive. With our small group sizes capped at just 12 members, you’ll enjoy plenty of support, hands-on coaching, and a motivating atmosphere that keeps you energized and on track toward your goals.

How can I book classes?

You’ll be able to book (and reschedule) directly on our website or through our app found in Google Play or in the Apple App Store

Workout style?

We’re bringing you a variety of classes to keep your workouts exciting and effective! From Upper Body to Lower Body to Full Body sessions, every class is designed to challenge and energize you.

Expect a mix of resistance training, circuits, HIIT, plyometrics, agility, and more to keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Is KeepFit Headquarters Coed?

Yes! At KeepFit HQ, we’re creating a space where everyone feels welcome and part of the community.

Is my membership price guaranteed?

All membership prices are locked in for 52 weeks! Cancel anytime with just 15 days' notice. No hidden fees. No lock-ins. Just transparency and flexibility.

Is KeepFit HQ wheelchair accessbile?

Not at this time. Our 100+ year-old building has limitations, but we’re actively exploring solutions for the future.

Can I use KeepFit Women credits at KeepFit HQ?

No, KeepFit Women and KeepFit HQ are sister companies with separate memberships, policies, and systems. Credits and gift cards are not inter-changable.
