Small Group Fitness & Skill Development for Kids

At KeepFit HQ, we make fitness fun for kids! Our Youth Training programs offer two exciting options: Movement Focus and Athletic Focus. Whether your child is exploring the basics of fitness through fun, engaging movements or looking to enhance their athletic skills with sport-specific training, our small group classes provide personalized attention and support.

With just 6 kids per class, each child will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and build confidence in a dynamic and safe environment. Our expert trainers ensure every child feels motivated, encouraged, and ready to reach their full potential!

Program Options and Details

Option 1) Athlete Focus 9-11yrs old

Athlete Focus is perfect for kids looking to enhance their athletic abilities.

This program introduces young athletes to sport-specific training, focusing on agility, speed, strength, and endurance. Through drills and exercises that mirror the demands of sports, children will develop important skills such as footwork, hand-eye coordination, and overall conditioning.

Option 2) Movement Fundamentals 7-9 yrs old

Movement Fundamentals is designed to introduce kids to the basics of fitness while fostering a love for movement. This program focuses on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance through engaging and fun exercises. Each class encourages physical exploration through games and creative movements, helping kids develop important motor skills and body awareness.

It’s the perfect starting point for children to build confidence in their physical abilities and establish a foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Class Size & Drop Off

Limited to just 6 kids per class, ensuring your child receives dedicated one-on-one attention, expert guidance, and personalized coaching for the best possible experience.

For a focused training experience, parents are asked to drop off their child. Our trainers are certified professionals with expertise in working with youth, have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check, and ensure a safe and productive environment.

Program Dates & Times

Dates: April 15th, April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th, May 20th, May 27th.

Movement Fundamentals: 4pm- 4:40pm
Athlete Focus: 5pm- 5:40pm

Series Fee

Fee: $139.99 | This covers the registration fee for all 6 classes in the series.
