Is KeepFit HQ a good fit if you don't consider yourself a "gym person"?

“I've never been someone who particularly enjoys working out — but I always look forward to my time at KeepFit HQ. It's such a fun and friendly atmosphere and the workouts are the best I've done. The coaches are so knowledgeable, helpful and quick to suggest a modification if needed without judgement. The community is full of the most supportive, fun, lovely people.”

“From the moment I joined KeepFit HQ, I felt genuinely welcomed. Unlike big box gyms, the trainers here take the time to guide you, help with form, and celebrate your progress. The smaller, more personal environment creates accountability, confidence, and consistency that I never found in traditional gyms.”

How is small-group training different from a regular gym membership?

“Best workout class I've ever done! Phenomenal workout and the small group atmosphere at HQ makes every workout such a personalized experience! Like personal training but at a fraction of the cost.”

“Love the community. Love the trainers. Love coming in for a workout and not having to plan it myself. They show modified versions of workouts to accommodate injuries or different athletic levels. And it's always a good time with a couple of laughs. I walk away feeling stronger.”

“Jeenie and the staff at KeepFit HQ are super knowledgeable, create a welcoming environment and an enjoyable workout! I have done two parent tot sessions now and it has been a great way to guarantee a weekly workout. The workouts have not only helped with my post partum recovery but also with an improvement in overall strength. I would 100% recommend!”
